The staff of the export division, which is located in Almeria, is in daily contact with customers in international markets and is committed to provide feedback to the R&D&I Department and the production unit with suggestions and new trends occurring in the world fertilizer market, in order to keep the product list always up to date.

Thanks to mutual trust and friendly cooperation with local partners all over the world, INTERJOSPAL has secured a reasonable and growing market share in the plant nutrition products sector.

Communication of the Quality Policy of INTERJOSPAL S.L.

INTERJOSPAL, a company dedicated to the “manufacture and marketing of fertilizer products”, has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 standard in order to improve the service it provides to its customers.

The management of INTERJOSPAL considers the Quality System as a way of organising the company ́s activities based on the fundamental pillars of product quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the system ́s efficiency. To this end, the INTERJOSPAL Quality Management System is based on the following:

  • Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all members of INTERJOSPAL, starting from the top.
  • Quality is achieved by planning, implementing, reviewing and improving the management system, always keeping in mind the context of the organisation, both internal and external.
  • Quality is focused on the satisfaction of all our customers (and interested parties) through the committed of the entire organisation to meet their needs and requirements, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements and those of the products themselves.
  • Quality is based on the continuous improvement of production and service processes and the effectiveness of the quality management system, in which error prevention is a fundamental aspect.
  • Quality leads us to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and the possible improvements that new technologies make available to us.
  • Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, therefore this policy is distributed to all INTERJOSPAL staff for their knowledge and understanding.
